Delete Your Account
We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your account and the data synced to it directly from the app, or request deletion by email. Purchase records and some other data are kept; see below.
⚡ Delete in the App (Fastest)
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly inside Zentric Auto. After you confirm, it deletes your account and the data synced to it: profile, preferences, saved places, recent destinations, route and search history, and frequent routes. Purchase records are kept as the law requires; see below for other data that is kept.
- Open the Zentric Auto app on your Android device
- Go to Settings
- Tap Legal & privacy
- Select Delete account and cloud data
- Confirm to permanently delete your account

If you no longer have the app installed, send us an email and we will process your deletion request within 72 hours.

🗑️ What Happens to Your Data
Below is a summary of what account deletion removes and what is kept.

Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, you will lose access to your subscription status, saved places, and route history. If you wish to use Zentric Auto again later, you will need to create a new account.
